PAYMENT/REFUNDS/TRANSFEABILITY

Participation in the Practice Lab is not confirmed until payment is received.
Payments are accepted through a QuickBooks page where we accept debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.
Payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Practice Lab for which you signed up you can transfer your spot to someone else. It will be your responsibility to work out how they will pay you for your spot. (Makes a great gift!)
- If you do transfer your spot please let us know as soon as possible and provide your replacement’s contact information.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION: In the unlikely event that the Practice Lab has to be Rescheduled or Cancelled you will be given the option for a refund of your money or to have your payment applied to the newly rescheduled date or an upcoming scheduled Practice Lab.

PROPRIETARY CONTENT: Unless otherwise indicated, the business frameworks, concepts, ideas and models presented by Articulated Intelligence (AI) facilitators together with the analogies, metaphors and stories used to explain certain communication philosophies and methodologies were developed by AI and constitute AI intellectual property. The materials, slideshows and documents that accompany this content are also AI’s intellectual property. All of these together (and anything we may have forgotten to mention) constitutes AI’s Proprietary Content. AI is sharing this Proprietary Content so you may use it to improve and grow your communication and leadership skills. Investing in any Articulated Intelligence programs does not buy you a license to the materials, only the opportunity to learn from and implement it. You may not lend, sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, adopt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. The above is prohibited without the express written permission of AI. You may refer to AI’s analogies, stores and metaphors, as long as you give credit to AI for developing them as well as refer to the source of the content you are referencing.

CONFIDENTIALITY: Everything shared by every participant in the Practice Labs, whether live or virtual, shall be treated as PROPRIETARY and CONFIDENTIAL (unless otherwise noted). In other words: what happens here, stays here, and you are agreeing to honor each other's proprietary material, as well as Articulated Intelligence’s.

PITCH-FREE ZONE We absolutely invite and encourage you to do business together, however, should you identify an opportunity to offer/sell your services, please set an appointment for AFTER the retreat, not during the Practice Lab.

VIDEO RELEASE & RULES By signing this release I acknowledge that I understand that Articulated Intelligence, LLC may record this event for future use, and I hereby grant permission for any instances of my image, likeness or sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video to be used without payment or any other consideration, and may be displayed via the Internet or in a public setting. I understand that the recording may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness may appear, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of any of the Articulated Intelligence Practice Labs. By signing this form I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material.
