In this facilitation, participants work in small teams to tackle a real business challenge. Using a structured ideation process and a repeatable presentation framework, teams transform their ideas into short presentations designed to inform, persuade, and inspire action.
By the end of the session, each team delivers a 5–7 minute presentation that brings their solution to life, giving leadership multiple ideas and approaches to move forward with.
