PAYMENT / REFUNDS / TRANSFERABILITY Your participation in the Practice Lab is confirmed only after payment is received. Payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but it is your responsibility to arrange payment with them. (Makes a great gift!) If you transfer your spot, please notify us ASAP and provide the new participant’s contact information. ________________________________________ RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION If the Practice Lab is rescheduled or canceled, you may choose a refund or apply your payment to a future session. ________________________________________ PROPRIETARY CONTENT All business frameworks, concepts, and methodologies shared by Articulated Intelligence (AI), including slides, documents, and stories, are AI’s Proprietary Content. Purchasing a program grants you the right to learn and apply the material, not to reproduce, distribute, or modify it without AI’s written permission. You may reference AI’s analogies and stories if you credit AI as the source. ________________________________________ CONFIDENTIALITY All participant discussions in the Practice Lab—live or virtual—are confidential unless otherwise noted. Recordings may be edited, published, or distributed publicly. You waive rights to review or approve these materials and release all claims related to their use.
